She brings to the table 14 years of experience, using qualitative skills which have been fine-tuned during training at the Association for Qualitative Research in London and elsewhere.
As a qualitative specialist, Rachael firmly believes that human-centered learning is crucial for businesses to thrive. She is passionate about delivering insights derived from deep-rooted customer understanding, and works closely with clients to provide thorough, actionable research across the entire product lifecycle, from new concept development to advertising evaluation.
