Insights Exchange was established after Founder and CEO Nichola Quail saw a very simple opportunity: to connect businesses with global research and insights specialists.

With the arrival of the professional gig economy, she identified how to effectively and efficiently fill this gap. Where market research was once purely the domain of large businesses with big budgets, Insight Exchange has developed a way to democratise this area to make it equally as accessible for start-ups and small to medium size enterprises.

Meet Our Team

At Insights Exchange, you are in safe hands. Our Founder and CEO Nichola Quail heads up our international team. She is based in Sydney but often travels to her homeland New Zealand or to international conferences and events.

Our Client Research Managers who are the conduit between clients and researchers, are based in Sydney, Australia. They will be your main contact throughout the research project to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

We also have a team based in the Philippines and India who provide our administrative and additional research support.
