At Insights Exchange, you are in safe hands. Our Founder and CEO Nichola Quail heads up our international team. She is based in Sydney but often travels to her homeland New Zealand or to international conferences and events.
Our Client Research Managers who are the conduit between clients and researchers, are based in Sydney, Australia. They will be your main contact throughout the research project to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
We also have a team based in the Philippines and India who provide our administrative and additional research support.

Nichola Quail is a Global Insights Strategist, Research Specialist and Demography Expert with over 25 years experience in the industry.
After working for boutique market research agencies in Australia, and then freelance consulting for over 10 years, she saw the opportunity to start up her own global market research company, Insights Exchange.
Nichola now partners with 35+ independent researchers to deliver game-changing data and insights with leading brands such as Xero, Dentsu Aegis, JB Hi-Fi, Bendon, and Panasonic.
