Panasonic NZ is the local office of the global electronics and appliance brand. Covid had disrupted shopper behaviour, particularly with the shift online. Panasonic needed to understand how to reset and position themselves for a post-Covid shopper environment.


In a post-Covid world, Panasonic NZ wanted to establish a new brand health benchmark for both the parent brand and at category level. This would help inform marketing and communications for 2021 and beyond.

Through an online survey among electronics shoppers, Insights Exchange helped set Panasonic up for success with new benchmark metrics to track progress and behaviour change in a post-Covid retail environment. This helps Panasonic craft their communications and marketing messages as well as track the impact of brand campaigns.
