TrainerPro

TrainerPro is a platform connecting trainers and training providers to target customers for various activities including sports, music, education, languages, drama and fitness. Our client wanted to understand the potential market size, appeal and relevance of the TrainerPro concept.

THE BRIEF

  • To size the market and appetite for a bookings marketplace for training / tutoring professionals in Australia, and benchmark the concept’s appeal and relevance.
  • To identify any potential competitors or equivalent platforms.
  • To validate key hypotheses around potential customers and profile them, including demographics, lifestage, needs and drivers.

 

We clearly understood our client’s needs and determined the most cost-effective solution to suit their early-stage business budget and still provide answers to their key business questions. The research programme involved a 5 minute nationwide online survey of trainers / tutors and customers, i.e. those open to personal training, tutoring, 1:1 coaching. We made sure to include in the responses a spread of lifestage, ages, locations and type of service required.

THE SOLUTION
